Dr. Catherine L. Mah is a Professor and Canada Research Chair in Promoting Healthy Populations at Dalhousie University, where she leads nutrition and food policy research through the Food Policy Lab. Her work bridges public health, nutritional epidemiology, and social theory, focusing on food environments, health equity, and policy design.
