Dr. Rachel Engler-Stringer is a Professor in the Department of Community Health and Epidemiology at the University of Saskatchewan's College of Medicine. Her research focuses on school food programs, nutritional inequities, and community-based research. She holds a PhD in Nutrition and a BSc in Biomedical Sciences.
