Casey Snedecor serves as Adjunct Professor at Long Island University (LIU) Brooklyn, where she teaches Orientation Seminar. She concurrently holds the role of Assistant Director of Media Relations for LIU Brooklyn Athletics and functions as an official statistician for the Brooklyn Nets. Her career began as an award-winning sports reporter covering high school sports and the Cape Cod Baseball League in Boston before transitioning into collegiate athletics administration.

With over a decade of experience, Snedecor has worked at three NCAA Division I institutions, managing media relations for over 30 sports programs and leading social media strategies. She is an active member of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). Her professional focus integrates sports media, athletic communications, and educational outreach through her teaching responsibilities.
