Kristin Cannon

Kristin Cannon is an Assistant Professor and Head Women's Soccer Coach at Springfield College's School of Physical Education, Performance and Sport Leadership. She holds a Doctor of Education from the University of New England (2020) and a Master of Education from Springfield College (2012).

• 18 years of coaching and administrative experience across NCAA Divisions I-III, professional sports, and youth programs
• Developed hundreds of players through Elite Clubs National League and National League circuits
• Former players include professionals, national team members, and Olympic champions

Research Interests: Focuses on female coach retention, women's roles in sports, youth development through athletics, and soccer performance analytics.

Certifications: United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma; National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics Women in Sports membership.
