Carrie Lehocky is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at Hope College since 2023. She teaches educational methods courses for future health educators and focuses on physical education and health pedagogy. Contact: 616.395.7070 | lehocky@hope.edu, DeVos Fieldhouse, Holland, MI.
- Education: B.A. in Physical Education from Hope College (2011); pursuing M.Ed. in Positive Coaching Psychology and Athletic Leadership at the University of Missouri.
Research Interests: Her expertise spans physical education pedagogy, curriculum development, and the intersection of coaching psychology with athletic leadership.
Teaching & Coaching: Courses include Data and Assessment in Physical Education and Health, Methods of Teaching Health Education 1, Health Education Methods 2, and Sexuality Education. She joined Hope College's volleyball staff in 2018 and became associate head coach in 2022.
