Jake Taber is an Assistant Professor of Kinesiology at Hope College, where he also serves as the Head Men's & Women's Swimming & Diving Coach. He teaches Sport Management, blending his formal education in management with his passion for sports. Prior to joining Hope College in 2018, he coached Albion College's men's team to top-25 NCAA Division III finishes for three consecutive seasons.
- Education: M.A. in Sports Studies (Western Michigan University, 2009), B.A. in Management (Hope College, 2004)
His research interests focus on the intersection of sports and business within society, informed by his academic background and coaching experience. Jake works in the Kinesiology Department, located at Dow Center 168 East 13th Street, Holland, MI 49423.
