Dr. Caroline Murphy is an Associate Professor of Employment Relations and Director of the MSc in HRM at the Department of Work and Employment Studies, Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick. She is also an Associate Research Fellow at the ESRC-funded DIGIT Centre for Digital Futures at Work, focusing on workplace technology and labor rights.

- Masters in International Tourism, University of Limerick
Research Interests span job quality, precarious employment, digital transformation of work, gender equality in labor markets, formal and informal care work, and employee representation. Her work addresses challenges in the long-term care workforce and sustainable work practices.
Recent Publications highlight workplace digitalisation in SMEs, gender diversity in governance, and rural employment dynamics. Themes include labor equity, technology integration, and policy analysis.
