Aurora Trif is an Associate Professor in International Employment Relations & HRM at Dublin City University Business School. She specializes in comparative European employment relations, precarious work, and international HRM. Her research has been supported by EU-funded projects and includes a focus on Central and Eastern European labor markets.
Trained at London South Bank University (PhD in Industrial Relations), she held postdoctoral fellowships at the Max Plank Institute (Cologne) and University College Dublin. Notable achievements include her 2017 most-cited article in Transfer: European Review of Labour and Research and her role as Principal Investigator for a 2014-2016 EU project analyzing strategies to address precarious work in nine Central-Eastern European countries and Greece.
