Dr. Alexandra Stroleny serves as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Greenwich within the School of Business, Operations and Strategy (Faculty of Business), affiliated with the Centre for Research on Employment and Work (CREW) and Public Services International Research Unit (PSIRU). Her research focuses on employment dynamics in public-sector healthcare systems across Central and Eastern Europe.
