Dr. Caroline Belchamber is a Senior Lecturer in Physiotherapy and Course Leader for the MSc Physiotherapy (Pre-registration) at the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Health Sciences University. With 30 years of clinical and academic experience, she specializes in palliative care, respiratory rehabilitation, and non-pharmacological approaches to breathlessness. Her roles include Professional Lead for Education at Sue Ryder, Visiting Fellow at Bournemouth University, and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Education Representative. She leads the Rehabilitation Research Group (RRG) and focuses on integrating physical activity into hospice care, evidenced-based practice guidelines, and human rights in end-of-life care.
