Carmen Tanner

Prof. Carmen Tanner holds a dual academic role as an Associate Professor (25% workload) at the Institute of Banking and Finance, University of Zurich (UZH), and a Full Professor (75% workload) of Business Psychology and Leadership Ethics at Zeppelin University. Since 2011, she has directed the Center for Responsibility at the Institute of Banking and Finance. Her research focuses on moral psychology in business contexts, including ethical decision-making, corruption resistance, and honesty in finance. She earned her doctorate from UZH and conducted postdoctoral work at Northwestern University.

Key achievements include securing a prestigious SNSF professorship and developing validated scales for measuring moral sensitivity and ethical commitment.
