Carl F. Nathan is a Professor of Microbiology and Immunology at Weill Cornell Medical College, where he also serves as Chair in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology. His research focuses on Mycobacterium tuberculosis pathogenesis, antimicrobial resistance mechanisms, and proteasome inhibition in infectious diseases.
