Claire Hawkins is a Senior Lecturer in the Department for Primary and Childhood Education at Edge Hill University, part of the Faculty of Education. She is Senior SOLSTICE Fellowship Lead, focusing on technology integration in teaching and learning. Previously, she held roles including Strand Leader for Primary Computing and Course Leader for ICT/QTS programmes. Her research networks include the Curriculum and Pedagogy Research Network and the Participative and Action Research Network.
Grants & Projects: Co-leads the TICE 2024 project (Teacher Inquiry in Computing Education) exploring pedagogical innovations. Engages in activities like organizing conferences (e.g., EduAI Exchange) and delivering invited talks on generative AI.
