Bowen Yan

Bowen Yan, Ph.D., is a Research Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics at the University of Florida. His research focuses on aging-related hematological defects, DNA damage-induced malignancies, and epigenetic mechanisms in hematopoietic stem cell function. He investigates chemotherapy resistance in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and explores therapeutic strategies targeting senescent clusters in aged hematopoietic stem cells.
