Blagoy Valentinov Blagoev

Blagoy Valentinov Blagoev is a Full Professor of Organizational Studies at the University of St. Gallen’s School of Management. Previously, he served as Professor at Technische Universität Dresden (2021–2024) and Lecturer at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg (2018–2021). His research focuses on organizational change, sustainability, new forms of work, and emerging technologies. He holds a PhD from Freie Universität Berlin (2015, summa cum laude), an M.Sc. in Management and Marketing (2011), and a B.Sc. in Business Administration (2009).
