Maria Funk

Maria Funk is a Researcher at the Chair for Strategic Leadership and Sustainability Management, Technische Universität Berlin (since October 2023). She holds a B.Sc. in Psychology (Medical School Berlin) focusing on psychotherapy, health, and organizational psychology, and an M.Sc. in Work and Organizational Psychology. Her research emphasizes strategic management of diverse workforces through inclusive social processes, with expertise in positive organizational psychology, subtle discrimination, and CSR decoupling.
