Bjørn K. Myskja

Bjørn K. Myskja is a Professor in Ethics and Political Philosophy at the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Faculty of Humanities. His research focuses on bioethics, ethics of technology, Kantian and Aristotelian ethics, political philosophy, and aesthetics.

He leads and collaborates on multiple research projects, including:

• "Non-safety assessments of genome-edited animals" (2023-2026, Norwegian Research Council)
• "CRISPRsalmon: Social and Moral Acceptance of Genome Editing in Salmon Farming" (2019-2022)
• "Norwegian Seaweed Biorefinery Platform (SBP-N)" (2019-2024)
