Billie Ng is a University Lecturer in the Department of World Languages and Literatures at Simon Fraser University. With over four decades in language education, she specializes in Mandarin pedagogy, curriculum design, and cross-cultural training for governmental and business contexts.
As president of the Canadian TCSL Association, she advances standards in Chinese language instruction. Publications include four textbooks and the Provincial Mandarin IRP.
Current research explores technology-enhanced language learning models blending traditional and digital pedagogical tools.
