Dr Bev Rogers is a Lecturer and researcher in Leadership and Management at Flinders University's College of Education, Psychology and Social Work. Previously a secondary school principal in South Australia and Director of Teaching & Learning in the Department for Education, she joined Flinders in 2014. Her research critiques Western educational leadership models, emphasizing narrative inquiry and auto-ethnography. She coordinates the Master of Education (Leadership & Management) program and teaches topics like Educational Governance. Key research areas include teacher professional development, evidence-based practices, and democratic education reforms.
