Bethany Hushon is a part-time PhD researcher at Loughborough University London's Institute of Sport Business, focusing on sponsorship dynamics in UK Women's Football. Her work examines the interplay between tangible and intangible factors to enhance equity and brand awareness in sports. Prior to her PhD, she spent five years in the commercial sector of sports, working with Football Clubs and Sponsorship Brands.
Education highlights include a First Class Honours degree in Sport Business from Leeds Beckett University (2015), where she was awarded the Dean's Prize for Sport Business. Bethany is a passionate sports fan and active netball player, blending practical experience with her academic pursuits.
