Bethan Davies is a third-year PhD student at the Moray House School of Education and Sport, University of Edinburgh, focusing on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Scottish Childminders. She concurrently serves as a Research Assistant in the School of Education, Youth Work and Social Work at the University of South Wales. Her work bridges education, sociology, and public health, emphasizing the socioeconomic dimensions of childcare during crises.
