Benedetta Bolognesi

Benedetta Bolognesi is a Group Leader at the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC), focusing on protein phase transitions in health and disease. She previously earned her PhD in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge (UK) under Prof. Chris Dobson, studying amyloid-beta aggregation in Alzheimer's disease. Her postdoctoral work at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (Barcelona, Spain) was supported by a Marie Curie Interdisciplinary Fellowship.
