Bayard Gregory, Ph.D., serves as a Lecturer in the Conflict Management Program of the School of Public Service at Boise State University. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses including CONFLICT 390 (Conflict Management), CONFLICT 401 (Negotiation), CONFLICT 402 (Mediation), and CONFLICT 494 (Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Management Resource Center Clinic).
His expertise spans Conflict Management, Negotiation, Mediation, Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Communication, and Group Dynamics. With over 3,000 professional presentation hours and 1,300+ hours of practical mediation and group facilitation experience, Dr. Gregory integrates academic rigor with real-world application in high-conflict scenarios and dysfunctional group dynamics.
Dr. Gregory maintains significant professional engagement through the Idaho Mediation Association, where he has served over two decades in leadership roles including Board Member, Vice President, President, and current Co-Chair of the Training and Education Committee. His work extends to the Conflict Management Resource Center (CMRC) and regular presentations at IMA conferences.
