César Llorente López

Dr. César Llorente López is an Associate Lecturer at the Department of Applied Pedagogy and Educational Psychology at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB). He specializes in Human Resource Management, Educational Psychology, and Organizational Behavior. His teaching focuses on Master's and undergraduate programs in Pedagogy and Human Resource Management, including courses like Training in Organisation, Master's Thesis Guidance, and Training Needs Analysis.

Research interests include comparative pedagogy, job design evaluation, and occupational psychology. He is a member of the 'Education, Communication and Quality in Health' R+D+I group.
