Aziz Z. Huq is the Frank and Bernice J. Greenberg Professor of Law at the University of Chicago Law School, with a focus on US and comparative constitutional law. He holds a JD from Columbia Law School (2001, summa cum laude) and a BA in international studies and French from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1996, summa cum laude).

His research spans constitutional design, democratic erosion, AI governance, and national security law. Recent work examines digital privacy and reproductive rights post-Roe.
