Autumn Marshall serves as Professor and Chair of the Department of Nutrition at Lipscomb University, where she is a registered dietitian with expertise spanning public health, clinical nutrition, and community nutrition education.
She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Nutrition from Auburn University and completed her Master of Science in Nutrition with Dietetic Internship at Texas A&M University.
Dr. Marshall's research interests center on Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, Clinical Nutrition, and Community Nutrition, with significant contributions to academic program development including the Dietetic Internship Program, undergraduate Lipscomb Seminar, integrated science course sequence, and Master of Science in Exercise and Human Performance.
As an active member of the American Dietetic Association, she serves as an elected delegate for the Tennessee Dietetic Association and oversees the department's undergraduate programs in Dietetics, Food Systems Management, and Nutrition, along with graduate degrees in MS Nutrition and MS Nutrition & Dietetic Internship.
