Professor Ezrachi's research focuses on Competition Law in the Digital Economy, particularly Algorithmic Collusion, Behavioral Discrimination, and Market Power in tech platforms. His work explores how Artificial Intelligence and Data-Driven Markets challenge traditional antitrust frameworks.
His publications and reports, including collaborations with the European Commission and Stigler Center, address Competition Overdose and Virtual Competition—the latter examining algorithmic market manipulation. His award-winning papers on Algorithmic Collusion have influenced policy discussions at the CMA, OECD, and ICN.
As an Academic Advisor to BEUC and member of the Independent Committee on Digital Platforms, he shapes Competition Policy for digital markets. His training programs for European judges, endorsed by the Commission, enhance legal capacity to address modern antitrust challenges.
