Jens-Uwe Franck is a Professor at the University of Mannheim, holding the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial Law and Antitrust Law within the Department of Law. He teaches courses on antitrust law, consumer protection, and comparative competition law in bachelor's and master's programs, including the M.C.B.L. degree and Master’s in Competition and Regulation.
