Dr. Anna Tzanaki is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Leeds' School of Law, part of the Faculty of Social Sciences. She holds affiliations with institutions like the University of Chicago's Stigler Center, UCL's Centre of Law, Economics & Society, and the Dynamic Competition Initiative. Her research focuses on competition law, digital markets, corporate governance, and law & economics. She has held prestigious fellowships, including the Marie Curie and Max Weber Fellowships, and serves as an Associate Editor for leading journals.
- Education: PhD (UCL), LLM (University of Chicago), LLB (University of Athens), with research stints at Harvard, Goethe Frankfurt, and the European University Institute.
Her research explores intersections of competition law with technology, capital markets, and corporate governance. She has published in top-tier journals (e.g., Antitrust Law Journal, Journal of Competition Law & Economics) and contributed to encyclopedic works. Current projects include a monograph on partial ownership of competitors and a co-edited Research Handbook on Competition and Corporate Law.
