Anush Ganesh

Dr. Anush Ganesh is a Lecturer in Law and Course Lead for the LLM in International Business Law at St Mary's University. He joined the law faculty in 2022, focusing on competition law research and teaching. His academic background includes a PhD from UEA (2018-2023) and an LLM in Competition Law (2017-2018), complemented by a law degree from O.P. Jindal Global University in India (2012-2017). He is affiliated with UEA's Centre for Competition Policy, specializing in digital markets regulation.

Teaching responsibilities include modules on EU Competition Law, International Trade Law, and Insurance Law at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He supervises LLM dissertations on topics like competition law, EU law, and data protection. Anush also co-supervises a PhD student as a secondary advisor and has taught at Anglia Ruskin University and the University of East Anglia as a visiting lecturer.

Research focuses on competition law in digital markets, including predatory pricing, data protection overlaps, and reform of Article 102 TFEU.
