Elham Javaherizadeh

Dr. Elham Javaherizadeh is a Senior Lecturer and Course Lead for the MSc International Business and Management at St Mary’s University. She holds a PhD in Business and Management from the University of West London, an MBA from Canterbury Christ Church University, a PG Diploma in Leadership and Management from London Business School, and a Fellowship in teaching.

Research Interests: Dr. Javaherizadeh focuses on Human Resource Management, Leadership, Consumer Psychology, Brand Strategy, and the impact of Intellectual Capital on corporate Financial Performance. Her current research project explores how Intellectual Capital influences FTSE 350 companies' financial outcomes.
