Anton R. Chakhmouradian

Anton R. Chakhmouradian is a Professor in the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Manitoba, part of the Clayton H. Riddell Faculty of Environment, Earth, and Resources. His research focuses on the petrogenesis, geodynamic significance, and economic potential of mantle-derived alkali- and carbonate-rich rocks such as carbonatites, kimberlites, and nephelinites.
