Annie Harper is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Yale University's School of Medicine. She holds affiliations with the Center for Brain & Mind Health, Climate Change and Health initiative, Connecticut Mental Health Center, Housing and Health Equity Lab, and Yale Program for Recovery and Community Health. Her research focuses on financial inclusion for vulnerable populations, particularly those with mental illnesses and low-income backgrounds, alongside climate justice and equitable social welfare systems.
Education: PhD in Cultural Anthropology (Yale University, 2010), MSc in Political Economy of Development (SOAS, University of London, 2001), BSc in Social Anthropology/Economics (London School of Economics, 1993).
