Anne-Claire PACHE

Anne-Claire Pache is a Professor of Social Innovation at ESSEC Business School in Paris, France, and holds the ESSEC Chair in Social Innovation. She has held various academic roles, including Deputy Director General for Academic Programs (2014–2017) and Director of Strategy and Social Engagement (2020–present). Her research focuses on organizational theory, hybrid organizations, and social innovation, with a particular emphasis on scaling social enterprises and navigating institutional complexities.
