Anna Zueva

Dr Anna Zueva is a Lecturer in Organisation Studies at the University of Sheffield Management School, joining in September 2024. She previously held academic roles at Huddersfield, York, Bradford, and Manchester Universities. Her research focuses on organisational democracy, ethics, and critical pedagogy, particularly examining leadership ethics, gender pay gap reporting, and critical perspectives in business education. She is affiliated with the Organisation Studies research cluster and actively involved in workplace activism, serving as Secretary of the Huddersfield UCU branch for four years.

Anna holds a BA, PhD, and PGCertHE. Her qualifications emphasize both academic expertise and pedagogical excellence. Her teaching spans undergraduate to doctoral levels, covering International Business, Strategy, and Business Ethics, with a focus on Organisational Behaviour and HRM. She prioritizes making education relevant to students' lives and societal challenges, advocating for social justice and environmental protection.

Her professional memberships include the Standing Conference on Organizational Symbolism. Anna has contributed to curriculum development and served as an external examiner for Birmingham and Sheffield Hallam Universities. Her research explores topics such as employee voice, institutional critique, and the integration of critical theory into management education.
