Dr. Anna Molas is a social anthropologist and ethnographer at Monash University's School of Social Sciences, specializing in reproduction, health, and society. Her research focuses on reproductive studies, biotechnologies, epigenetics, and the global expansion of reproductive markets. She has conducted extensive research on Spain's egg donation bioeconomy, culminating in her 2025 book Taming Egg Donors: The Egg Donation Reproductive Market in Spain, supported by the ISRF First Book Grant (2023).
Education: PhD in Social Anthropology (Monash University, 2021), MA in Anthropology and Ethnography (University of Barcelona, 2016).
