Anna Burstedt is a Doctoral Student and Director of Studies at the Department of Arts and Cultural Sciences, Lund University, under the Joint Faculties of Humanities and Theology. She has held the role of Director of Studies since 2020, overseeing undergraduate education and pedagogical development. Her academic work spans multiple divisions, including Ethnology, Fashion Studies, Intermedia Studies, Publishing Studies, ALM, Digital Cultures, History of Ideas, Book History, Art History, and Musicology.
Her research centers on food culture and ethnology, particularly the cultural meanings of dining out and the internationalization of the Swedish restaurant scene in the 20th century.
