Jonatan Leer

Jonatan Leer is a Professor of Food Science at the School of Restaurant and Hotel Management, Örebro University. He holds a BSc in French, an MSc in Cultural Studies, and a PhD in Food Culture (2014) from the University of Copenhagen. His research focuses on food culture, sustainability, gender dimensions in food consumption, and the development of Nordic cuisine.
