Oğuz Nebioğlu is an Associate Professor at the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Faculty of Tourism, Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. With over two decades of academic and professional experience, he specializes in Gastronomy, Tourism Management, and Sociology of Food.
