Lecturer Serdar Altunsaban is affiliated with Akdeniz University at the Göynük Cuisine Arts Vocational School in the Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Catering. He teaches courses in culinary arts, including Science of Sugar and Chocolate and Creative Kitchen Applications.
