Ann Davis is a Visiting Professor at Aston Business School, University of Aston. She holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Leeds (1992) and a BSc in Psychology from Nottingham University (1985). Her research focuses on organizational commitment, psychological contracts, and HRM practices such as organizational justice and power dynamics. She has authored/co-authored multiple editions of the textbook Human Resource Management: Strategic and International Perspectives.
