Julie Gore is a Professor of Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck Business School, University of London. She holds visiting appointments at the University of Bath (2023–2026) and is a founding Director of the Professional Doctorates in Evidence-Based HRM and Occupational Psychology. Her research focuses on Naturalistic Decision Making (NDM), expertise elicitation, and behavioral agency theory, with applications in healthcare, cybersecurity, and organizational decision-making. She has been funded by ESRC, EPSRC, Dstl, and UK Government, and leads projects like the UKRI-funded cybersecurity narratives initiative.
Education: PhD in Management (Oxford Brookes University), BSc (Hons) from University of Huddersfield. Professional credentials include Chartered Psychologist status via BPS and Fellowships with the British Psychological Society and British Academy of Management.
