Andrew Webber is a Lecturer in Paramedic Science (Education) at the University of Plymouth's School of Health Professions (Faculty of Health). He holds a part-time academic role since 2018, combining teaching with clinical practice in primary care, NHS ambulance services, and private sector events. He completed a BSc(Hons) in Emergency Care and an MSc in Health & Social Care Research, followed by an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and independent prescribing qualification.

He teaches pathophysiology, pharmacotherapies, and clinical decision-making, employing active learning strategies like workbook exercises, Turning Point audience response systems, and problem-based learning. Noted for supportive mentorship, he provides formative feedback during practical sessions and theory lectures.
