Matt Francis is a Lecturer in Paramedic Science at the University of Plymouth’s School of Health Professions (Faculty of Health). He holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Paramedic Science (First Class) and a Master’s in Advanced Practice. His professional career spans over 15 years in emergency care, primary care, and healthcare education.
