Dr. Caitlin Wilson is a Senior Paramedic Research Fellow at the University of Hertfordshire's School of Health and Social Work, affiliated with the Centre for Applied Clinical, Health and Care Research (CACHE). Her research focuses on improving ambulance service practices through feedback mechanisms, staff wellbeing, and patient safety initiatives.
