Andrew Gold is a Professor of Law at the University of California, Irvine School of Law, with a joint appointment in the Department of Philosophy within the School of Humanities. His expertise spans Private Law Theory, Fiduciary Law, and the Law of Corporations, with recent work exploring law as a complex system. He holds a J.D. from Duke University and a B.A. in English and Philosophy from Dartmouth College.
