Andrew Cree is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the Teesside Business School, University of Teesside. He has been teaching there since 1994, specializing in modules such as Current Issues in Business Ethics and CSR, Human Resource Planning, and Re-imagining Sustainable Management in Global Markets. He has supervised over 550-600 student dissertations over 30 years.

He has received notable awards for teaching excellence, including the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Roll of Honour (2009) and a University of Teesside Rewarding Excellence Award (2005).
Before academia, Andrew worked as a Personnel and Training Officer at Lucas Diesel Systems (1990-1993) and held roles in the UK Civil Service (1983-1986).
