Dr. Prince Amoah is a Lecturer in Sustainability at the Leadership, Management & Human Resources (LMHR) Department of Teesside University International Business School (TUIBS). He holds a PhD in Sustainability from Teesside University (2017–2021) and has extensive international academic experience across the UK, Ghana, Sweden, and New Zealand. He currently serves as Associate Editor for Corporate Governance and leads the AFRICA CALL FOR ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE RESEARCH INITIATIVE (ACAFRI) project (2024–2025).
His research focuses on sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), ethical leadership, and responsible management, with a specialization in extractive industries and sustainable mining practices. He actively collaborates internationally and supervises MBA, MSc, and DBA dissertations. He is accepting PhD students in his research areas.
Dr. Amoah has received the 2024 Emerald Literati outstanding reviewer award and has published extensively on topics like CSR in mining sectors, environmental sustainability barriers, and community well-being in resource-rich regions. His work bridges institutional complexity theory, stakeholder expectations, and policy implementation in developing economies.

He leads the AFRICA CALL FOR ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE RESEARCH INITIATIVE (ACAFRI) project (2024–2025), focusing on finance and accounting research in Africa.
