Shamaila Gull is a Senior Lecturer in Business at Teesside University's Teeside University Institute of Business and Science (TUIBS), specializing in Leadership, Management & Human Resources. She holds a Professional Doctorate in Sustainability Culture and Collaborative Learning from Business School Lausanne. Her research focuses on sustainable business practices, environmental sustainability, transformational leadership, and organizational efficiency, with a strong emphasis on the textile industry in Pakistan. She has published extensively on green training, CSR, and collaborative learning.
Education: Professional Doctorate (2018) from Business School Lausanne, Master in Business and IT (2004). Teaching roles include Course Leader for BA (Hons) Human Resource Management and Module Leader for Sustainability Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship. She has supervised over 50+ MSc theses and currently supervises five DBA candidates.
