Andrew Beck is a Lecturer in Acting and Director at Oregon State University's School of Visual, Performing and Design Arts. He holds an MFA in Classical Acting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (2007) and a BA in Theatre Arts from the University of Oregon (2004). As a professional actor, he has performed with Bag&Baggage’s Resident Acting Company for five years, appearing in roles such as Dr. Brodsky in A Clockwork Orange and Clifford in Deathtrap. He has also collaborated with Oregon Contemporary Theatre, The Great American Melodrama & Vaudeville, and the Ludlow Festival (England), portraying iconic characters like Jay Gatsby and Mr. Darcy.

He currently teaches acting at Oregon State University and performs with No Filter Improv, blending structured performance with spontaneous creativity.
